With good care, a quality human hair piece worn regularly typically lasts around 1 to 2 years, and often longer if it's part of a rotation or worn gently. Lifespan really comes down to how often you wear it, how you store it, and how kindly you treat it. Think of it the way you'd think of your own hair — the gentler you are, the longer it stays beautiful.

We do offer repair services to get the longest wear out of your piece.

Absolutely. Our human hair wigs are designed to be undetectably realistic. The hand-tied Swiss lace fronts create the appearance of hair growing directly from your scalp with a natural hairline.

The 100% Remy human hair moves, shines, and behaves exactly like natural hair, while our breathable cap constructions sit comfortably and securely without obvious bulk. Many clients tell us that even their closest friends can't tell they're wearing a wig.

Everything we make uses high-quality Remy human hair. Our core pieces are:

• Lace Wig — a comfortable, natural cap that
  covers all of your own hair, so you can wear any color or length.
• Fully Hand-Tied Wig — our most llightweight
  cap, hand-tied throughout for the softest feel and the most styling freedom.
• Pony Wigs - built to be worn in a high
  ponytail.
• Hat Wigs - designed to be worn under a hat
  or scarf.

Very secure — all of our products are designed to be worn without the need for glue. The wig caps are stretchy and snug on to your head. The cap has adjustable bands so you can tighten and loosen it for the perfect fit.

Send us your measurements and we'll recommend the best fit. As a rule, if you're borderline we suggest sizing down in all our wigs, except in the pony wigs where we recommend sizing up (the pony wig is designed to fit very snug, so the cap runs a little smaller).

We have two locations — Sydney, Australia and Doral, Florida, USA — and your piece ships from whichever location currently has the item in stock. This helps us get your hair to you as quickly and safely as possible, wherever you are.

Worldwide, with two exceptions: Italy and Spain, due to government restrictions on importing human hair.

Yes — shipping is free worldwide, with full tracking and signature on delivery. We don't cut corners on the carrier, either; we pay for fast, safe, express shipping.

Within the USA, we ship with Fedex - usually 2 - 4 business days. Within Australia, we ship Express with Australia Post, 2-5 days.

For international orders, we ship DHL Express, with estimated worldwide
delivery of 5–10 days depending on location.

It depends on where you are.

We currently cover the cost for items travelling between Australia and the USA. This means that USA and Australia based customers will not pay any duties (if necessary, we will on your behalf).

Customers based in any other countries may be charged inbound duties or taxes by their own customs before delivery — these are set by your country, paid to them (not to us), and are non-refundable by us.

Our pieces are made to be lightweight and breathable. The lace top in particular helps with airflow. Most women are surprised by how little they notice it once it's on.

Human hair also breathes far better than synthetic, which makes a real difference over a long day.

Yes. Every piece we make uses high-quality Remy human hair.

Remy means the cuticles are kept intact and running in the same direction, which keeps the hair smooth and long-lasting. Because it's real human hair, you can wash it, style it with heat, and treat it like your own.

We source our hair ourselves, which is unusual for a wig company. We work with a small, family-run hair seller in Southern Brazil. This lets us get some of the most beautiful, fine-textured, healthy ponytails on the market.

• Brazilian — fine and silky texture. Air-dries to a relaxed straight finish. Durable and holds a style.

• European — baby fine hair. Mostly available in virgin hair which hasn't been colored. Each piece is unique and can not be pre-ordered. Some pieces will be silky straight and others with a soft wave. This hair type is less likely to hold a curl when styled. Many people with naturally ultrafine hair feel more like themselves in this hair type. Rarer, and has a higher price tag.

Our wigs and hair toppers are professionally cut, styled, and ready to wear straight out of the box. Many people wear their piece exactly as it arrives.

That said, just like a great haircut, a small customization to suit your face shape can take it from lovely to perfect — so some people like to have their piece lightly tailored by a stylist they trust.

Yes. Because the lace top is 100% hand-tied and multi-directional, you can part the hair where you like — including a side part. Your part is a big part of what makes hair look real, so this matters.

Not by default.

We can cut curtain, wispy, full, or face-framing bangs on request. You can also send us an inspo picture for a hair cut and we can cut to this style. Please note that once cut, the piece becomes final sale.

Yes. Because it's real human hair, you can use your hot tools just like you would on your own hair. Our pieces air-dry straight and take heat styling well. As with your own hair, use a heat protectant and keep the temperature moderate to keep it looking beautiful for as long as possible.

You can blow dry it dry, but we do not recommend doing a blow out with a round brush (if taking to your hairdresser ensure they know this too!). Pulling with a round brush will break the knots on your lace top over time, and cause shedding on your wig.

Your wig or topper will come however it has been styled in the product image. You can choose the restyle option on the product page and we restyle it for you before shipping. And because it's human hair, you can also restyle it at home with heat tools whenever you like.

Because it's human hair, it can technically be colored — but we always recommend caution here. Coloring is permanent, it can't be undone, and getting it wrong can shorten the life of a piece you've invested in. If you want to adjust the color, please have it done by a professional experienced with wigs and toppers, and ideally talk to us first. We never recommend bleaching any of the colored pieces. Often the better path is choosing the right color from the start, which we're happy to help you with.

Best practice is to take your piece off before you sleep and before you swim — chlorine and salt water are hard on human hair, and sleeping in it causes tangling and shortens its life. For exercise, many women wear their piece comfortably; just know that heavy sweat means you'll want to wash it a little more often. Our hat wigs are more durable and have a lower price point so they are perfect for these occasions.

It means the piece isn't currently in stock and it will be created. Each piece takes around 10–12 weeks to create. Sometimes a piece may already be in creation so the timeframe will be shorter. If the piece isn't in creation yet, then the time frame will be 10–12 weeks from the order date. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

We accept returns on all stock wigs and toppers purchased online, including pre-orders. Eligible returns can receive a refund minus a restock fee or a full credit.

We do not accept returns on in-store purchases, sale items, custom orders, or stock pieces that have been altered (lace cut, colored or cut) — unless the item is faulty.
